This Fur Saver is Chrome Plated. It means that a thin layer of chromium was electroplated onto a metal surface. How to size your dog for the Fur Saver:
Please measure the circumference of your dog's neck and add 2-3 inches (5-7 cm) to determine an appropriate collar’s size. For example, if your dog’s neck circumference is 21 inches (54 cm) please order collar 23-24 inches (59-61 cm) in length.

Inner diameter of the ring is 3/4 inch (20 mm).
Length of the link is 3/4 inch (20 mm).
Name plate is 17 mm (about 3/5 inch) wide and 66 mm (about 2 1/2 inch) long.
Please note that inside area of the Name Plate is 47 mm (about 2 inches) long (not including holes where Name Plate is connected to the links of the collar).
