All you have to do is choose a location for the Magnet ball tug and place one of the encased magnets under your clothing at that location and the other encased magnet in the same location on the outside of your clothing. On warm winter clothes, because of the thickness of the clothes, magnets are not kept as strong as on thin clothes.
